The Marie-Agnès Péron Trophy (also known as the Trophée MAP) started yesterday morning very early from Douarnenez, for a somewhat shorter race. Indeed, in anticipation of the Miguel storm that is currently hitting much of the Atlantic coast, the race management has decided to reduce the course to 80 miles to ensure that the sailors have returned to port before the strong gale.
The 65 boats that started yesterday morning all returned safely, with arrivals between 6:52 pm on June 6 and 2:04 am on June 7.
45 of them were able to collect new miles in order to qualify for the Mini-Transat La Boulangère. Congratulations to all!
A special mention concerning the two podiums (Production and Proto) which are 100% Mini-Transat La Boulangère !

As for the previous edition, the village of Mini-Transat La Boulangère will be held for a week in front of the aquarium before the start of the race. It will be open to the public from September 14 to September 22, from 10am to 10pm. You will find exhibitors who will offer you their products.
You will also find the different territories that host the race: The city of La Rochelle, the Communauté d'Agglomération, the Charente-Maritime department and the New Aquitaine region, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Le Marin in Martinique.
It will of course be possible to get close to the small boats that will cross the Atlantic, and meet the skippers who will be finalising their preparations.
We will also offer you different animations, stay tuned!
